Refund/Return Policy
While we would love all sales to be final, we would rather our customers LOVE US. So we if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us so that we can do our best to restore your faith in our brand. Then we can all be super duper HAPPY!!!
Our initial return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a full return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, we request your item be unused and in the same condition that you received it and intact in the original packaging. We realize that this may not always be possible, for returns without original receipt and packaging please call our customer service line at 210-544-3065 and explain your details to the representative. They will then be able to help you with your return process.
Chicky Chicky Bling Bling Items purchased through vendors other than Chicky Chicky Bling Bling, i.e. Zulily, local boutique, local grocery store will not be eligible for a full refund or return. We suggest you make your return or exchange with the vendor from which you purchased out products. Please contact a customer representative at 210-544-3065, if you need to place a return and did not originally purchase it from Chicky Chicky Bling Bling. They will be glad to advise you of your options and how your could process your return. We hope that you can understand this part of our policy as we are not paid full retail on these items as they are sold to other vendors at wholesale prices.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have a receipt then we will only be able to offer an exchange. Please note that items purchased on SALE will only be refunded the price at which they were purchased.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery or was purchased from a vendor other than Chicky Chicky Bling Bling

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We hope all refunds are submitted within 3 days of approval. However sometimes there are things that are out of our control that may delay your refund. Should you see a delay please consider the following:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at holly@chickychickyblingbling.com so that we may get to the bottom of the problem and get you your money back ASAP!!
